Maryna has received her Master degree in Applied Physics, Electronics and Computer Science with specialization in medical imaging in 2006 from National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Since then, she has been working on research and development of medical image analysis tools both in industry (Materialise, icometrix) and academia (KULeuven, VUB). Maryna is currently working as a Medical Research developer at ETRO, VUB. Her focus is research of medical image analysis algorithms.
Within TumorScope project Maryna supports installation and setup of digital health platform based on Xnat open source bioinformatics system.
